The intended use as well as specifics about a property can all affect the price of an appraisal report. Size, land, and other property characteristics can be helpful. Tell me a about your questions that you want an appraisal to answer.  I'll reply as soon as possible with an estimate of when I can start, and when you can expect the report.  If our calendar are working together, then I will work up a fee quote.  Each property has unique characteristics, and some can be more unique than others.  I do preliminary research for each possible assignment, so that I can judge the level of complexity.  My base fee for a full appraisal is $600, and that allows for a certain degree of complexities in the assignment.
